Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is the central executive body responsible for the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of digitization, open data, national electronic information resources, interoperability — the interaction of network systems based on unified interfaces or protocols, the introduction of electronic services and the development of citizens' digital literacy.

USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine (CEP) is aimed to foster a better business enabling environment, provide support for competitive industries and firms, and boost Ukraine’s exports and trade. CEP supports the development of select industries that have the potential to grow rapidly, increase revenue, and generate investment and jobs in an environmentally sustainable way. CEP is focused on several key sectors — information technology (IT), furniture and wood processing, tourism, and film industry.

Techosystem is an open association of representatives of the Ukrainian tech ecosystem with a focus on product companies. The mission of the association is to unite ecosystem players to create more favorable conditions for doing business in Ukraine.

Ukrainian Startup Fund (USF) is a state fund launched on the initiative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.The mission of the fund is to promote the creation and development of technological startups in the early stages (pre-seed and seed), in order to increase their global competitiveness.

Ukrainian Bridge is a non-governmental organization that represents the Ukrainian IT sphere in Noth America. The organization is supported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
